Terms of service and sale

These terms govern access to and use of the ConsoliBom service, published by HARS Ventures W.L.L. (Bahrain, CR 188858-1), as well as the sale terms for associated paid subscriptions. They apply to any user of consolibom.com and the application.

ConsoliBom is an online software (SaaS) that extracts bills of materials (BOM) from industrial PDF drawings, consolidates equivalent items, and computes optimized cutting plans.

Two tools (steel grade equivalents and manual cutting plan) are freely accessible, with no account and no time limit. Automatic extraction and consolidation require an account and, beyond the Free tier, a paid subscription.

Creating an account requires a valid email address. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from their account. An organization's owner can invite other members to join from the app settings.

Current tiers and pricing are listed on the pricing page. They may change over time; any price change affecting an active subscription will be communicated to the user with reasonable notice before it takes effect.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller of record (Merchant of Record) — Paddle, not HARS Ventures W.L.L., is legally the seller of paid subscriptions and appears on bank statements. Paddle handles billing, applicable VAT/sales tax based on the user's country, and refund requests.

The user may cancel their subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access to paid features remains active until that date, with no pro-rata refund for the period already started, unless otherwise provided by the applicable Paddle terms.

ConsoliBom uses an artificial intelligence model to extract and consolidate data from drawings provided by the user. Despite the care taken, these results may contain errors or omissions. It is the user's responsibility to verify the generated bills of materials and cutting plans before any use in design, procurement, or manufacturing.

HARS Ventures W.L.L. cannot be held liable for the direct or indirect consequences of using the service's output without prior verification by the user.

The ConsoliBom software, its code and interface remain the property of HARS Ventures W.L.L.

Documents uploaded by the user, and the data extracted from them, remain the property of the user or their organization. See our privacy policy for details on how this data is processed.

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
