Privacy policy

HARS Ventures W.L.L. (Bahrain, CR 188858-1) is the controller for the data described below. For any question, contact [email protected].

• Account — email address, password (encrypted), organization, role.
• Uploaded PDF drawings — used only to extract the bill of materials (BOM) from them. Once extraction succeeds, the source PDF file is deleted from our servers — only the extracted data (descriptions, quantities, materials) is kept.
• Bills of materials and cutting plans — extracted bills of materials, the cutting plans you confirm, and any you save to your library (paid plans) are kept in the database for as long as your account is active.
• Free public tools — the cutting plan calculator available without an account runs entirely in your browser — no data you enter is sent to our servers or stored.
• Billing — name, email and payment information handled directly by Paddle (we never store your payment card details).
• Technical data — application error logs (via Sentry), IP address (anti-abuse rate limiting).

This data is used to provide the service (extraction, consolidation, cutting optimisation), manage your account and subscription, keep the platform secure, and contact you when necessary regarding the service.

We rely on the following providers to deliver the service:

• Supabase — database, authentication and document storage (European Union region).
• Anthropic — AI processing of PDF drawings for bill-of-materials extraction and consolidation.
• Paddle — payment processing and billing as our reseller of record (Merchant of Record).
• Render — application hosting (Frankfurt, European Union region).
• Sentry — application error monitoring, to diagnose and fix issues.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted, associated data is removed within a reasonable timeframe, unless a longer retention period is legally required (in particular for billing records).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected].

ConsoliBom only uses technical cookies required for the service to work (keeping you signed in). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Access to your data is scoped per organization (row-level security at the database layer), traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to sensitive features is restricted based on your role within your organization.
